Director of Human Resources

This is a critical leadership role focused on aligning and executing HR strategies and initiatives with the goals of  the organization, providing the opportunity for the Director to integrate strategic vision with operational execution in aligning talent, performance, and business objectives across the organization. The Director will oversee all aspects of human resources within the Companies, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance, ensuring a positive and productive work environment by developing and implementing HR policies, managing employee relations, and fostering a high-performing culture of engagement and development. The Director will successfully develop, implement and maintain effective people strategies, staffing plans, employee engagement, and effective people programs and processes, and HR consultation to enable operational excellence.
