VP, People Experience | Hospice of the Piedmont

Hospice of the Piedmont is seeking a strategic Vice President; People Experience to serve as a member of its Senior Leadership Team and lead the organization's enterprise-wide people strategy. Reporting to the CEO, this executive will shape workforce planning, talent strategy, leadership development, succession planning, total rewards, employee engagement, organizational development, performance management, and HR compliance.

The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of progressive HR leadership experience, including 3+ years in a senior-level strategic HR/People leadership role, and demonstrated, proven success leading people strategies in complex or growth-oriented organizations. A bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field is required; a master's degree and SHRM-SCP, SPHR, or equivalent certification are preferred.
